The Leadership and Management Institute

This institution offers leadership and management training to middle ranking and senior officers of SAUTT, the Police Service and other law enforcement agencies. The programmes are intended to equip officers with the skills necessary to lead and manage in a crime environment of increasing complexity. The LMI also fulfills the requirement of preparing what we refer to as “change agents” who can effectively manage the change process in all branches of law enforcement.
